Hello people!! I read an article about "Do these few things and you'll look better and better day by day" in facebook few days ago. And I realized something, being beautiful isn't all about buying new clothes, putting on make up, born beautiful. It's all about the combination of little things you could do in your daily life. Don't understand? Let me explain it to you :)
1. Be confidence
Being confidence it's like the most important part in our beauty. If you're confidence, your posture, the way you look at yourself and your life, the way people look at you, will all be directed into a positive way. No doubt. It will automatically boost your beauty up to the next level. You'll slowly realized you start talking more to people, you'll realized your teacher and friends will start noticing you, you'll feel that finally you're more motivated to do the things you want.
2. Small deeds
Although the deeds you do is small, but the satisfactions in return is unlimited and it will followed by you feeling even more beautiful that day. Small deeds such as giving up your seat to the one in need, picking up litter from a public area and throw it into the dustbin, asking your friends out for lunch, smiling to a person you have eye contact with, texting your friends and family whether their fine or not and many many other more we could do. Basically anything thing that will add a little colors to your own life and other people life too. It makes a different.
3. Putting on make up
Have a pimple that drag your confidence level down? Cover it with make up. Have tired eyes? Let concealer, eye liner and mascara to rescue you. Looking pale? Foundation and blushes. To be honest, putting on mascara ONLY will make a difference in your looks and also your mood for the whole day. Or putting on lips gloss ONLY will have the same effect. Don't be shy to put on make up if you never ever tried before, you gotta look decent when you work and meet people. So, don't hesitate, try it on :)
4. Take care of your hygiene
Take your shower regularly, use deodorant, clean your finger nails, clean your room frequently. Trust me, you'll feel much more better after you done all these. Buy shampoo and shower gel that suits your body even if it might cost you a little more, it's worth it. Use facial cleanser, moisturizer, make up remover, serum that suits your skin type even if it is a little on the pricey side. You don't want to be regretting when you're old right?
5. Eat and drink healthy
Not asking you to absolutely cut down all the carbo and eat salad. Just maybe once you don't order a chocolate milkshake but order a fruit juice? You'll feel much more better. Or maybe when you're buying an ice cream in a supermarket, you could just buy some fruits too and eat it after you finish your ice cream. It does make a difference! :)
6. Throwback
When you're lying on the bed and can't be asleep, or bathing in the toilet, try thinking back what happened that particular day. What did you do? What did your family do? What did your friends do? It may be something funny that could make your day and try to evaluate what did you do wrong or do right. For example, your friend suddenly felt tired and stop talking after an exam, you could text him/her asking what's wrong OR you realized that after what you said to your friend, she/he starts avoiving eye contact with you, maybe you said something that offended her? Find out what happened.
7. Try something new
It's absolutely fine to try something new. If you wear trousers an t-shirts all the time, why not try wearing a dress once in awhile? Try to wear something beyond your comfort zone. I bet you'll look great in it. If you always wanted to wear maxi dress but you think you're petite? Be brave and wear it! Wear it with a platform shoes, See the different side of yourself, you'll surely be amazed.
Trust me, people will surely be attracted if you look attractive but they'll stay in the end if they find you beautiful in the inside. If you're beautiful inside, you're beautiful outside too.
